In 1998 I received an Arts Council Bursary to train as a director with Shared Experience Theatre and Salisbury Playhouse, with Katie Mitchell as mentor. I've assisted at the RSC, Lyric Hammersmith, The Young Vic and The Salisbury Festival.

I work regularly at Drama Studio and LAMDA where I have directed numerous Shakespeare Projects and ensemble pieces including Rotterdam by Jon Brittain, This Changes Everything by Joel Horwood, Second Person Narrative by Jemma Kennedy, Shakespeare's Sister by Emma Whipday.
